Only payment security security

 Solo packaging means peace and tranquility. It does not mean that no one is placed between you and the beauty that surrounds you. Miles only flow. It depends on you when you eat or take a break. Do you want to jump into Lake Takayama? Only that decision. That unique experience. Only backpacker is also vulnerable. There is no one to twist your ankle and help you. Have you ever been left without food? How do I surely make my backpacker trip alone? You can not. Entering the desert alone is essentially dangerous. What you can do is do it safer. Some solo backpack suggestions  

1. Tell someone where it is and when it will return. If you leave a map with them and tell them who will call if you don't return on time, it's probably the best. 

2. Bring your mobile phone. I have not yet done this, but many lives have been saved by mobile phones. Brow it, put it at the bottom of the package and don't worry. 

3. With normal security elements (coincidence, first time, iodine tablet, etc.), there is no provider that supports it after reconfirming if they are there. Please. 

4. If you don't know your skills, or if your knees or other potential problems are bad, stick to a trace of movement well. In many routes, another backpack is performed every hour. It is a good idea to know if you are in trouble. 

5. Learn to read the map and how to use the compass. If you are two miles from the route and you cannot get a signal on your mobile phone when your knee occurs, you will have a problem. Even if you want to walk, you should be able to know the location on the map for security. 

6. Know your skills. If you have not done them before, do not plan a 20 -mile day. 

7. Learn to cheer up the load. When you are the only one, it loses the efficiency of sharing the load in stoves, tents and other general elements. It is easy and dangerous to overload when your only backpack. 

You may want to read in the ultralight backpack. Only back packaging is riskier, but it is worth the risk. Try it and you can agree. Be sure to take the necessary precautionary measures.
